Requirements

Jeff may be installed on different operating systems, tested with Windows, OSX, Linux (Debian, Gentoo).
It requires Apache, MySQL an Php with the following features:

• Apache >= 2.0 (or other web servers i.e. nginx) with mod_expires, mod_header and mod_rewrite enabled
• Php >= 5.3 with short_open_tag enabled
• MySQL >= 5
