Default installed themes

Jeff comes with two installed themes. The default theme and the white theme. The default theme is the most important one, which has all the template files, views and css used as fallback by any other theme, look at The theme framework.

##The white theme It's a default theme alternative, has the same characteristics but it's designed around light colours
