Hardware r1

First version of hardware. This board has the following features:

• Arduino compatible Atmel ATmega328 microcontroller running at 16 MHz
• Transducer readout for sensing mains electricity current
• Temperature and humidity monitoring via Si7020 / Si7021 chip
• Pulse counting for gas and water meters
• UART and ISP headers for programming and serial communication
• socket for RFM69CW RF tranceiver and slot for RF antenna
• GPIO header for interfacing with Raspberry Pi (can be used as base station like the RFM2Pi)
• Raspberry Pi compatible mounting holes
• Battery terminal mounting holes (dimensioned for Keystone 2463)
• Slot for Raspberry Pi camera ribbon cable
