We've changed the architecture of adapters - now ProtocolAdapter and TokenAdapter are the different contracts.

We've also added new protocols support - Idle and Balancer!

Addresses of the deployed contracts may be found here, as well as the detailed documentation.

BTW, thanks @bugduino for the Idle adapters!
