• Upgrade compile and target sdk version to Android API 31

NOTE

This version doesn't contain the changes from version 5.2.0-wp-3 because they are related to the RN upgrade to version 0.69. By the time this version is released, RN version hasn't been upgraded in Gutenberg so we need a new version for only upgrading Android 12. The changes of this version will be incorporated into wp-fork branch, producing a new version wp-5 that will contain both (i.e. wp-3 + wp-4).
