Latest release

Rather than lots of small releases, I will just keep updating this release with changes.
Can make new releases in the future if its warranted.

Locally, to pull the latest release, add the --update flag.
e.g. java -jar workflow.jar --update

Support parsing build number from Vapp / VM name

Also support for skipping workflow actions using variables.
Can be skipped based on value being present or not being present.

Make app loader more configurable

AppLoader: Make properties for app loader configurable in pom file

Better design.

Testing using a new release approach of having an app loader.
This loader will download the latest release and run it
