• Replaced some default "React App" strings with proper naming for the app.
• Try to infer the names of people who have DMed you if they've interacted with you in other ways (such as you RTing them or replying to them). (#14)
• Use account IDs for linking to people's profiles, instead of their screen name. This way, the links won't break when their username changes.
• Use proper blue color for links instead of them appearing the same color as surrounding text.
• Show whether one of your tweets is a reply to another tweet, and who you replied to.
