v.1.2: Update projects.csv

Re-added the information about the owner of the GitHub projects in the projects.csv file.
This information was accidentally removed in the previous commit and this caused regression in a python file generating the bash scripts.

Addition of commit hashes

Improved replicability.
For each project, we now share the commit hash we used in our study.
