Updated v1 - added command-line arguments

I have added command-line arguments to this release:

-i or --input [input filename]
-o or --output [output filename]
--user_pass [user password]
--owner_pass [owner_password]
--run (Immediately run the encryption operation upon loading the app)

Before using command-line arguments, please open PDFEncrypt, go to Settings, and ensure everything is set as desired. Turn on the Close On Completion option to close PDFEncrypt after the encryption is done.
