Fixed react-wallet-v2 for Tezos:

fixed links in README
fixed RPC links
fixed Approve and Reject buttons for better user experience
fixed Tezos toolkit selection (was mainnet always)
fixed communication with Tezos RPC via Taquito
updated to the latest version of Beacon and Taquito
added error handling in approveTezosRequest
added checks for types received from the dApp in convertToPartialParamsWithKind
aligned data types used in WalletConnect with Beacon SDK
