Update for FW 2.4 release. Summary of changes:
- Support FW 2.4 sensors by dropping use of deprecated parameters. Sensors running FW 2.4 must use this release or later.
- Major update to ROS driver including use of nodelets over nodes, updates to topic names, and new ROS timestamp mode
