ummm... It is out but not long ago. I wonder if it's not able to get the artifacts yet.

we've been getting the same error in 3.16.1 and 3.16.2

it was one of the reasons I tried to update our quarkus smoke test app recently following your earlier suggestions in case that would help

I was also (sort of) hoping it was just a quarkus bug that would get ironed out in another patch release, but seems like we must be doing something weird / different from everyone else
