Add grubby to handle latest grub2 changes #797

With latest grub2 installer, one should set the
kernel to be booted explicitly after update or
install of latest kernel

@sacsant Included all the changes, Please review and approve

This code changes include grubby command to handle newly
installed kernel and vmlinux name for all distros, also
verify if the installed kernel is actually booted and
rearrange the code to include both kexec and reboot way
