PPSN 2020

This is the release that accompanies the paper accepted to the PPSN conference.

In this release, the optimal mutation rates are already computed quite well, though it is still non-trivial to re-use the code with the arbitrary chosen representation of floating-point numbers (which we plan to do for the next release), and few interesting things have already been observed (see the Highlights section of the README file).
