What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR proposes replacing Rendertron with
chromedp/chromedp
inkrel testgridshot
.Rendertron is a deprecated and archived project. The public service is no longer available; all requests are failing.
This means that we can't use
krel testgridshot
, but have to take screenshots of failing boards manually. This PR proposes replacing Rendertron with a library calledchromedp
which uses Google Chrome and Google Chrome DevTools Protocol to navigate and manipulate web pages.There are some needed considerations for this PR, so please check the special notes section for more details.
