What type of PR is this?

/kind cleanup

What this PR does / why we need it:

This should avoid any accidental injection of format specifier.

  • log before event is not necessary. EventRecorder will do so.
  • log before return GRPC error is not necessary. We have interceptor to do so.

resolves all warnings like:
non-constant format string in call to k8s.io/klog/v2.Errorf
