This describes the changes and process for customers to migrate from our homegrown Velero Helm chart to the official one. This is the sister PR to kubermatic/kubermatic#13488.

I moved some sections from <h4> to <h3> to improve the site's usability, otherwise <h4> and <h5> would not be visually distinguishable.
