I updated all the versions for the GitHub actions and I also took the opportunity to make a PR to the original repository (snakemake-workflows/snakemake-workflow-template#6).
Apparently most of all the old actions that still work pass (see below), but the only one that doesn't will be fixed with this PR. Major changes:
.testfolder following Snakemake best practices (includes dummy data for a test run)PR addresses #2
