Taken over from NOIRLab IRAF, original commit 63d508b.
Adjusted to use the Makefile instead of
mkpkg.sh.As the debug program uses an adjusted irafpath() function (with debugging of finding the path), we adjusted it as well.
There is a
dev$sgimcfile for an unknown purpose. Since it is not referenced otherwise in the commits, we remove it here.Not sure however whether this is worth to merge; I don't see a real use.
