Feature/raw data and validation

This big PR includes:

• Raw data fully implemented: ways geometries are also stored and keep up-to-date, along with nodes.
• Bootstrap utility script: you can use a region and a country and keep the database up-to-date with raw OSM data (nodes and polygons), validation and stats. Lines will be coming on another version, as we're focused on polygons now.
• MacOS compatibility (now you can install and run Underpass on both Intel and Apple silicon systems)
• Renamed some variables for clarity
