LicenseSelectorandCreatorEditorui and makes them keyboard accessible. It also migratesLicenseSelectorto composition API and typescript and uses GalaxyAPI to fetch license options and add new slots for inline buttons toLicense.Workflow.license.and.creator.edit.keyboard.access.webm
