Version of the application that doesn't use the Android filtering feature by the service UUID, but does that manually afterwards.
Manual filtering implies connecting to any discovered BLE device, requesting for the services list and then disconnecting if required service is not found.
This works extremely slowly, so shouldn't become the primary version and only used to debug devices that aren't discovered normally.
