Unless performing fancy coordinate transformations (i.e. with netconvert) or trying to import unusual nework files, the warning can be safely ignored. Otherwise, it should help to set the [PROJ_DATA](https://proj.org/en/9.2/usage/environmentvars.html#envvar-PROJ_DATA) environment variable.
