The firmware upgrades are encrypted, and I dont have a mig-switch to extract the fw from (somebody who has a mig switch, open a issue if you want to help, ill tell you the plan to dump it) do get the encryption key (assuming im right).

What do we know

(The following is just a theory, but it seems logical)

first stage of updating

the migflash decrypts the firmware update file

esp-ota

the migflash takes the decrypted file and uses esp-ota to flash it
