Having issue in web
Issue
Upgrading expo metro as suggested in expo/router#864 (comment) causes problem when running app in
iOS(not yet tested in android). It freezes inSplashScreen. So we need to becareful in merging thisPR. Currently, it is only working inweband freezes iniOS.
