Please clarify in Caliptra Integration Specification on whether the BootFSM_GO register programming requirement only applies during BootFSM_BrkPoint='1', i.e. no programming needed during BootFSM_BrkPoint='0' for regular boot without debug / JTAG, or the register needs to be programmed to '1' after any boot/reset sequence?

The register is not documented in the Hardware Specification's Boot FSM section of https://github.com/chipsalliance/caliptra-rtl/blob/main/docs/CaliptraHardwareSpecification.md#boot-fsm
