Counts iterations of apr_loop[x] and returns current iteration number. Two optional variables: loop and start. - loop identifies which apr_loop[x] to count; e.g., loop="apr_loop2". loop may be specified as 'apr_loop[x]' or 'loop[x]'. If no loop specified, defaults to 'apr_loop'. - start specifies the index number for the first iteration. (For instance, if displaying records in batches of 50, on the second page one might specify [apr_loopctr start="51"].) If no start specified, defaults to 1.
