Add submission scripts and outputs for iterator performance test case.
gcc vectorizes the BOUT_FOR loop, but intel doesn't, unless we force inlining with directives. This only works in the iterator test case - in the full code we have to add the ivdep pragma for intel to recognise that that same loops can be vectorized.
