Tools for displaying BOUT++ data within VisIt
The packages must be installed for the Tools to work:
- NumPy for arrays
- PyEVTK for writing VTK format
- VisIt for displaying data (LLNL)
- SciPy for interpolating data
This package has routines to convert; scalar, field parallel vector, eigensolver and velocity data from BOUT++ files. This package also contains routines to plot the data using the VisIt package from the LLNL and render out image sequences of the VisIt plots.
