Description of changes:
In our nix work, there was a request to add IDE integration. This PR attempts to create a simple nix shell wrapper that will play nice with vscode.
Additionally, add some tasks to leverage the bash helper routines in
nix/shell.sh.Call-outs:
Not everyone uses .vscode, does the nix shell wrapper belong elsewhere ?
