Issue is #98.

Instead of using coveralls-python, which occasionally fails with an opaque error mesage (as described in the linked issue), use Coveralls GitHub Action.

coverage: 72.015% (+0.6%) from 71.465% when pulling e09c9dc on 98.coveralls into fa87098 on main.
