I'm currently not able to help with TSC processes. I'm still a maintenance worker, but please remove me from TSC for now. IF things change in future, I'll open a PR to add me back again

I'll close the PR as change for now should be done in another 2 files, but do not want to bother you with it as I'm preparing another PR with some cleanup of TSC list, so I will include your change in this batch change. You will be tagged in my PR so you know about the change.
