First Release for Window's user.

In this release:
1- Easy Installation.
Users can easily install the program or uninstall it.
2 - Easy to organize files.
Now it is possible to organize the folders without copy and paste the program all the time. Now you can do that by opening the context menu of that folder (by clicking on the right button of the mouse) and click on Organize with PowFu - File Organizer.
3 - The program will never create unnecessary folders:
E.g.: If there are only documents and music to organize, the program will just create Music and Document folders
4 - New Extensions supported.
Now the program supports more than 30 extensions.
