我之前也增加了支持base64编码输入，但是对输出质量影响非常大，不知道为什么 |
不应该啊，只是传输时编码方式变了，给到后端仍然是那个音频文件 |

使用API调用时，提前上传reference audio文件到服务器不太方便，所幸10s以内的音频文件并不大，base64编码解码的开销可以接受，增加了这个功能在第三方调用时会比较方便。
