Addresses Issue #17 . geopy provides better paring of locations (will automatically detect for example a city/state or city/country combination, i.e. Naples Florida and Naples Italy both return accurate locations). Astral will process if there is an exception but could be removed as I have not yet found an instance of geopy not matching a location.
