Google Classroom Dark Mode

A simple Google Chrome extension that enables Dark Mode on Google Classroom. This extension makes Google Classroom more user-friendly, especially for users who prefer a darker interface.

Features

  • Dark Mode for Google Classroom: Automatically switches Google Classroom to dark mode for better visibility and reduced eye strain.
  • Easy to use: Simply install the extension and refresh the Google classroom Interface, and it will work immediately on Google Classroom.
  • Customizable: It's setting are not customizable i.e. it won't have popup for Enabling and Disabling it.

Installation

  1. Download the GoogleClassroomDarkMode.zip file from the GitHub repository.
  2. Extract the zip file to a location on your computer.
  3. Open Chrome and go to the chrome://extensions/ page.
  4. Enable Developer mode (toggle switch in the top right corner).
  5. Click the Load unpacked button and select the folder where you extracted the zip file.
  6. Once the extension is loaded, you should see the icon in your Chrome toolbar.

Usage

  • Once installed, visit Google Classroom.
  • The extension will automatically apply dark mode to the Google Classroom interface.

Contributing

  1. Fork this repository.
  2. Create a new branch (git checkout -b feature/your-feature-name).
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Commit your changes (git commit -m "Add feature").
  5. Push to the branch (git push origin feature/your-feature-name).
  6. Create a pull request.
