This release restructures the source code so it can be built with the free-as-in-beer Visual Studio 2013 Express for Desktop.
Restructured the serial port library and added a compatible super-set library for the FTDI USB to Serial Converter Chip Family.
The App Folder concept was a little incoherent and partially implemented in earlier versions. This has been clarified, completed and fully documented.
