Beyond 2.0.0

With the release of version 2.0.0 pyFF has changed from a monolith to a pure API server.

These are the main goals for pyFF going forward:

notifications between MDQ servers and adaptive refresh of metadata
improved instrumentation & monitoring
improved storage scalability
extend API for editing local metadata
better documentation
