Apparently this is a common problem with modern network based printers where default Microsoft driver is installed instead of vendor specific driver.
Hopefully these troubleshooting steps will save future printer victims a few hours of troubleshooting time.

You can also enable the draw_outlines option to see if alignment is off.

For the content itself, I'm inclined to say let's put this on the repo wiki instead of the repo itself, and just create a link to the wiki in the readme. Unsure though if you have write access to the wiki.

It's empty so far, and I haven't used github wikis yet, but I'd allow you to just edit it freely. Just have to figure out how :D

EDIT: I think I enabled now that the community can edit the wiki.

Not a bad idea to have it in the wiki page. Either way works for me.
I just want to ease the pain for others who may encounter the same problem as I did.
