Fix component EXTERNAL_REFERENCES column mapping

Description

Endpoint /vi/vulnerability/project/{uuid} uses @RegisterFieldMapping which is trying to map byte array into array of externalReferences causing an exception.
Fixed it by using @RegisterColumnMapping for external references.
