Problem CSS2, not good example using inline-style on tr #79

I don't recommend much this solution which is to switch inline-style 'text-decoration' on tag.
Some browsers didn't work well it before.

'text-decoration' should be used into td, li or p etc.

Could you show me some web site that tells what browser didn't work?

Currentry, Everything will work on tr element.

Long time ago, There are many bug with styling tr element... even though background style...
Like IE7...

That's why this solusion is a bit creepy for me.
