Stop list after 2x Enter press instead of adding newline in 'li' element

Expected

When the cursor is in the middle of a list (not the last list item) and the user clicks the Enter button twice, the list should stop.

Observed

The list is not stopped and Aztec is adding a newline inside a 'list item' element

Reproduced

1. Open list
2. Add some list items
3. Center cursor in the middle of the list
4. Click enter button twice

Android Simulator on Android 10 with 1.3.45
