I have a similar error when installing webview in Python, see issue at (webview/webview#894). This was necessary for me to attempt-run a now-discontinued Github repo (https://github.com/keremkoseoglu/Setlist-Generator). Running Windows 11H2 on amd64 using Python 3.10.
