Our friends at CafeMedia have documented their experiments with FLoC and results. Presumably, as more trials become active and possible to react to, other entities would like to generate reports and it would be useful to have them incorporated here. Should we place this into its own doc, put reactions under the proposals in the README, or some other approach?

A supporting topic was raised during yesterday's TPAC session to list some of the business metrics to quantify the benefit / impairment of different metrics that stakeholders rely on to measure how well we are "Improving Web Advertising."

By listing the metrics that people, publishers and marketers care about we can more easily compare different proposals and better understand how each proposal addresses these different needs during upcoming tests.

I agree it would be useful for the various test participants to post their results and the factors that might influence these results (e.g., number of campaigns, impressions per campaign, type of ad unit, size of publisher, eligible geographies, etc.)
