Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

VMC 1.18 added the ability to configure IPsec VPNs on customer created CGWs. Support is needed for the following VPN types:
Routed VPNs
Policy VPNs
L2 VPNs

This will require collecting the following configs:
VPN Service
IPsec sessions
Local Endpoints
