windows 2021 LTSC update KB5004331 after mouse not work

To Reproduce
windows 2021 LTSC update KB5004331, uninstall virtio-win-guest-tools mouse can work

Expected behavior
Mouse can work

  • libvirt XML file

VM:

  • Windows version:Windows 10 2021 LTSC
  • Which driver has a problem virtio-win-guest-tools.exe
  • Driver version or commit hash that was used to build the driver : 0.1.229

Please ensure that the spice agent is installed. If the problem persists, please open an issue with the Spice project.

Updating from virtio-win-0.1.229-1 to virtio-win-0.1.240-1 may resolve this issue.
