Can create only tiny hidden volume

I downloaded the latest version 5 days ago, then tried to encrypt an 8 TB SSD (Samsung EVO T5, samsung-encryption is disabled).
As I have lots of small text files I used a cluster size of 2KB, and exFat filesystem as I want to use it on Windows and Linux.
When I tried to create the hidden volume, maximum size was displayed as 80.73 MiB.

Expected behavior

Be able to use the entire space for the hidden volume

Observed behavior

Available size for the hidden volume is not correct

VeraCrypt version:
1.26.15

Operating system and version:
Windows 11 Home
