NVMe SSD reads more slowly than it writes?

Expected behavior

The SSD should read as fast as it can write.

Observed behavior

The SSD reads only at 1,3GB/s and writes at 3GB/s

Steps to reproduce

Run ATTO or crystal disk benchmark and see 1,3GB/s read and 3GB/s write.
