Sync Google calendar and events page?

We have the GalaxyEvents Google Calendar that has to be manually synchronised with the events page.

Would it be possible to create an event automatically when we add it to a particular Google calendar? I think that this would be super helpful for @tnabtaf and me :)

@beatrizserrano I would absolutely welcome this, but I am also in favor of doing it the other way too, or instead. And whatever we do itwill be impacted by @NickSto's Hub2 work.

This indeed sounds like a great idea and I'm sure I could incorporate it into Hub2. Looks like someone's already made a Gridsome plugin to pull Google Calendar data. And that might include a helpful starting point for implementing it here as well.

Since Dannon already started with this for the Hub and the EU content will be moved there, maybe we can close this?
