Controller for Sound Devices 833 resets faders after reboot

Hi guys,
I made a controller to control channels 7 and 8 for my 833 with great success!
The only issue i'm still facing with it is that every time the mixer resets the position of the rotary encoders back to -inf at every reboot.
Is there a way i can make the controller stay on the position it was so it doesn't reset?
